The commitment to love ourselves may be a decision we only need to make once, but we may need to take frequent action to implement that choice. However often we need to do it, we can return to that place of self-love.

Each time we do it, we see the rewards of self-love, enhanced creativity, clearer decisions, a stronger connection to the Divine, and a more fulfilling connection to the world around us.
