Definition of Integrity: the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles.
Synonyms of Integrity: honesty, uprightness, honourable, upstanding, good character, right-mindedness, trustworthy, etc.

The benefit of a spiritual program is the development of integrity in my life. Integrity is having an honest respect for myself; it is respecting who I am and how I live in the world.
